The Business Continuity Professionals of the Carolinas, also known as BCPC, is a non-profit organization formed to share information about organizational resilience and business continuity planning. These disciplines involve the the establishing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining of plans for continuing operations in the event of a business interruption, to include:
The BCPC quarterly meeting provides a forum for the interchange of ideas, topics, and information in the fields of organizational resilience and business continuity planning and promotes an increased awareness of continuity and resilience. Organization membership identifies common problems and proposes resolutions based on experience and expertise. BCPC also encourages public and private partnerships to ensure collaboration across local communities and the State during disaster events.
Our Members
Members are individuals who are involved with organizational resilience, business continuity planning, and related fields. Each has voting rights and may serve on the Board. Each member is expected to provide a valid email address which is used for all official correspondence between the BCPC Board and members. Our current by-laws can be viewed here.
How to Join
There are no membership dues. Individuals may join BCPC by attending our events, by contacting us via email or by joining our mail list. The right of membership in BCPC is based on expected participation in and contribution to BCPC.
